Offgrid City

In every city, there is a parallel urban infrastructure that exists off the grid. That is an additional organic layer, publicly used spaces, that do not exist in the city plans, are not under the surveillance cameras, do not have names, or coordinates assigned to them, but are regularly used by the citizens. During my research, I want to go into the analysis of this offgrid city system and its elements and look for ways to legitimise and acknowledge it.
